Sour Cream & Raisin Pie

1 c. Sour Cream
2 Egg Yolks
1 Tbsp. Flour
1/4 tsp. Cloves
1/4 c. Sugar -{or more, to fit taste
1 c. Raisins
Little Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Allspice
Cook filling until thickened.
Put into a baked Pie Shell.
Use Egg Whites;
beat until foamy, then add
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar, and beat good,
add 2 Tbsp. Sugar for each Egg, and
1/2 tsp. Vanilla...
beat until it holds its shape.
Put evenly, on top of Pie.
Bake until a golden brown.
