French Fried Onion Rings

1/2 c. Milk
4 Large Onions
1/2 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 dash Black Pepper

`
Peel Onions;
Slice 1/4 inch thick...
separate into rings.
First dip into Milk,
then carefully roll in the Seasoned Flour mixture.

Deep Fat Fry for 4 to 8 minutes...
just until lightly browned.

Let drain on paper towel.
