Grape Pie

4 c. Concord Grapes
1 c. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Butter

Remove skins from Grapes;
put pulp in sauce pan without water,
and bring to a boil.
While hot, put through a strainer to remove seeds.
Combine the strained Pulp with the skins.
Mix Sugar & Flour together and
stir into the Grapes.
Add the Lemon Juice.
Put into Pie Crust and dot with Butter.
Cover with a top Crust.
Bake 10 minutes in
a hot oven...
then reduce heat to a moderate oven.
Bake 30 minutes more.
