Ship Wreck Casserole

1 layer of Onions (sliced thin), in bottom of large casserole dish.
A thick layer of sliced Raw Potatoes.


Next put in layer of Meat,
that is mixed as follows:
2 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef.
1/4 lb. Ground Pork.
Also;
1 c. of Rice ~ (boiled).
Season to your own taste...
as you add the
Onions,
Potatoes,
& Meat.
Add a bunch of
cut up, and slightly boiled Celery.
Pour in a large can of Pork & Beans.
Then add 1 can of Tomato Soup.
Enough White Sauce to equal 1 soup can.
Also add 1 can of Water.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours,
or until Potatoes are done....
leave cover on until last 1/2 hour of baking.
