1 c. Margarine
3/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. Water
2 Eggs
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Cream the above together very well.

Combine:
3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
------------------------> Sift into other mixture.
Add:
1 c. Roasted Sunflower Seeds.
Shape into 1 inch balls,
place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet........
Flatten with the bottom of a glass.

Bake at 350 for 11 to 14 minutes... or until lightly brown.

Let cool. _______________ Makes approximately 6 Dozen cookies.
