Ice Box Cookies

Sift Together:
1 3/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
Cream:
3/4 c. Butter, and
1/2 c. Brown Sugar... add
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Milk
Mix with Flour mixture, and add...
1 c. (8 oz.) Candied Cherries
3/4 c. Walnuts &
1/2 c. Brazil Nuts, or Filberts
Mix all thoroughly together.
Divide into two 12 inch long rolls, and wrap in wax paper or
plastic wrap, and put in refrigerator over night... or at least 4 or 5 hours.
Next day:
(or before Baking):
Cut into 1/4 inch slices
& put on ungreased pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
