Rhubarb Cake

1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Butter, ~ (or Shortening)
1 c. Sour Milk, ~ (or Butter Milk)
1 Egg

2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 3/4 c. Rhubarb -{cut small

Mix ingredients in order given,
adding Rhubarb last.

Put into greased 9 X 13 inch pan

Combine 1/4 to 1/2 c. White Sugar & 1 tsp. Cinnamon.....
Sprinkle over Cake bottom.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350
__________________________
Serve with Whipped Cream, or Ice Cream.
