Strawberry Glaze Pie



From 1 Qt. Strawberries...
Cut up 1 c. Berries

Mix:
1 c. Sugar &
3 Tbsp. Corn Starch in pan.
Stir in 1 c. Water, gradually, until smooth.
Add 1 c. cut up Strawberries


Cook & stir
over medium heat until Thick & Clear.
Stir in a few drops of RED food coloring.
Let cool.
Stir in remaining Berries &
pour into a Baked Pie Crust.
Chill until firm,
(about 3 hours)
Top with Whipped Cream, when serving.
