Breakfast (Brunch) Casserole

Billie Johnson's Breakfast (Brunch) Casserole
  • 7 slices Bread ~ cubed
  • 1 1/2 Cubed Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 lb. Cubed Ham
Layer it in 9 X 13 inch greased pan. Beat 5 Eggs ~ 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard & 2 c. Milk together. Pour over Bread. 3/4 stick Margarine ~ (melted) ~ pour over top & refrigerate over night. Next day.... Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325
