Common, Home Made Pie Crust


Makes 2 Crusts
Sift together....
2 c. Flour, &
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
Cut in 3/4 c. Lard ~ -{ or maybe Shortening.
Add; approximately 1/3 c. Ice (H2O) and mix gently.
Let dough stand for 10 to 15 minutes,
then divide and roll out.
