Chocolate Crinkles

1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
4 sq. Unsweetened Chocolate, ~ melted ~ (4 oz.)
2 c. Sugar
4 Eggs
1 c. Powdered Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
Mix Oil, Chocolate, & Sugar.
Blend in 1 Egg at a time, until well mixed.
Add Vanilla.
Stir Flour, Baking Powder, & Salt into Oil mixture.
Mix together well.
Chill for several hours.... or over night is best.
Preheat oven to 350
Drop a tsp. of dough into Powdered Sugar,
then roll into a ball & roll in Sugar,
place on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 20 minutes.
Makes 6 doz. Cookies
