Hubbard Squash

Grandma's Best

Mix 1 c. of steamed and sifted Squash with:
1 c. Milk
1 c. Sugar
3/4 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs ~ beaten slightly
Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
