Devilish Good FUDGE

2 squares Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 c. Milk
2 c. Sugar
1 dash Salt
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Melt Chocolate in Milk, over low heat...
stirring constantly, until blended.
Add Sugar and Salt.
Cook & stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Then let boil, without stirring ~ to a soft ball stage - (234)
Add Butter, & Vanilla.
Let cool until Luke warm - (about 110)
Beat until mixture begins to thicken,
loose it's gloss, & hold it's shape.
Pour at once, into a greased 8 X 4 inch pan.
Let cool, and cut into squares.
