POTATO SALAD that won't spoil

Boiled Potatoes
Mustard
Chopped Onion ~ (about 1/2 c. for a large batch)
Mayonnaise
Hard Boiled Eggs ~ at least 4 or 5 for a large batch ~ (some sliced & some chopped up)
Sweet Pickle Relish ~ (about 1/2 c. to 3/4 c. for a large batch)
Add Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, to fit taste,
and a generous amount of Paprika.

Go ahead and make a large amount... it won't spoil as long as it's kept in the refrigerator.

The Vinegar in the Sweet Pickle Relish is a Preservative.
