Sweet Potato Toast
Boil and mash Sweet Potatoes.
Mix in: 1 c. Potatoes
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Butter
3/4 c. Milk
1 Egg
Season with Salt
Mix to the consistency of paste.
Butter thin slices of Wheat Bread and place in a Buttered pan....
spread them with the Potato Spread 1/2 inch thick....
sprinkle with Sugar & Cinnamon.
Bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.
