Baked Indian Pudding

1 Qt. Milk ~ Let Milk come to a boil
6 level Tbsp. Cornmeal ~ Moistened in more cold Milk

When the Milk boils, stir in the Meal until it thickens, let cool.
Add 2 Eggs
1/2 or 3/4 c. Sugar
1 or 2 Tbsp. Molasses
3/4 c. Raisins
1 Tbsp. Butter
Salt
Cinnamon
Cloves
Nutmeg
Allspice to taist.

Bake slowly for 1 1/2 hours (90 minutes).

Stir at first, then let a crust form and brown.
