Cherry ~ Berry on a Cloud

Meringue:

6 Egg Whites ~ beaten stiff. Add slowly & beat stiff: ...
1/4 tsp. Salt,
1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar,
1 1/4 c. Sugar.

Put in a greased, 9 X 13 inch pan.

Pre-heat oven to 275, and bake 1 hour. Then turn off oven, but
leave it in the oven over night.

Filling:

Two 3 oz. pkgs. of Cream Cheese... ~ heat until smooth.

Mix 1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 pt. Whipping Cream ~ (whipped NOT to stiff.
Add 2 c. Miniature Marshmallows

Spread the above mixture over the Meringue, and
refrigerate over night.

Topping:

1 can Cherry Pie filling
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
10 oz. Frozen sliced Strawberries ~ thawed

Mix & put on the cut pieces of Meringue.
