Floating Island Pudding

Heat 2 c. Milk
Beat 2 Egg Yolks
2 Tbsp. Sugar
Dash of Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Egg Whites
Add the Egg Yolks, Sugar, & Salt to the Heated Milk,
let it come to a boil.
When this is done, pour into large bowl to cool, add Vanilla.
When cooled, whip Egg Whites until quite stiff,
add the Sugar & whip a little more, to get Sugar mixed in.
Grease a pie pan & pour in whipped Egg Whites,
bake it until golden brown.
When done, add it to the Milk mixture, 1 spoonful at a time.
Put in serving dishes and eat.
Yummm!
