1 3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Baking Soda
1 Egg
2/3 c. Salad Oil
1 c. Buttermilk ~ (or Sour Milk)
1 c. Boiling, Strong Coffee
Sift together, the first 5 ingredients, into a large mixing bowl.
Add unbeaten Egg, Salad Oil, and Milk.
Blend together well.
Last, add the boiling, Strong Coffee.
Pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan ~ (batter will be thin).
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, or until done.
