Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins

Pick over one generous 1/2 pint of Blueberries; wash and spread on a cloth to dry.

Sift 1/2 tsp. Salt
(twice) 2 tsp. Baking Powder
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 c. Flour

Add 3/4 c. Milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Beat Hard

Sprinkle Flour over the Berries;
fold them into the batter;
turn into muffin pans.

Bake in quick oven.
