Crust for Fruit Pies


1 large c. Flour
1/2 c. Shortening
a little Salt
Wet with Ice Cold Water to make the dough just it can be handled.

Flour the board, and divide the crust in two parts (plate
Crust and Top Crust).

This is a plain Crust, just enough for one Pie.
